Amarone takes its name from the rich Italian dry red wine made from the partially dried grapes of the Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara varieties. Patrons can expect a full-bodied dining experience like the rich flavours of its namesake. Helmed by Chef Domenico Cicconi, be serenaded by the fine Italian cuisine, in an ambience where art meets great food. It has also partnered with the Italian Culinary Institute to send Italian chefs trained by award winning master chefs on a regular basis.
